A Dedicated Server environment is one server that you pay for and use all by yourself.  You can guess that the costs are much higher, but no one shares the space, computer cycles, or bandwidth.  An additional disadvantage is that you are also responsible for the code installed on the system for security and stability.

Our Developer Dedicated Hosting environment is a server dedicated to and supported by us for our clients only. Yes, you share the server with other clients, but we are the only ones that put code on our servers.
